Claire Stansfield (born 27 August 1964 in London, England) is an actress, director, fashion designer and former model. Born in England but raised in Canada, Stansfield worked as a model in her youth before turning to acting. She studied in London before returning to Hollywood. She is probably best known for her recurring role as "Alti" in several episodes of the fantasy television series Xena: Warrior Princess. Other recurring roles include "Sid" in the cult TV series Twin Peaks and "Kristina" in the show Frasier. She starred in the 4th X-Files episode during season 1. In 1998 she starred opposite Dolph Lundgren in the Angolan set film, Sweepers. The film was shot and partly produced in South Africa.
