Judith Baldwin (b. March 26, 1946 in Washington, D.C.) is an American film and television actress best known for replacing Tina Louise in the role of Ginger Grant in Rescue From Gilligan's Island (1978) and The Castaways on Gilligan's Island (1979). In 1981 she was supposed to play the role of Ginger Grant one more time in the TV movie The Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan's Island but was unavailable because she was working on another project, so the part was played by Constance Forslund. Baldwin amassed 46 screen credits between 1969 and her leading role in 2005's Every Secret Thing.
