Cubix: Robots for Everyone is a South Korean CGI animated series that takes place in the year 2040 in Bubble Town where robots outnumber humans. Robots are made in RobixCorp. Everyone has a robot, each with its own unique duty. This show centers on the Botties, a special club for people who know how to fix robots, along with the evil Dr. K., who has evil plans up his sleeve. Cubix was created by Korean company called Cinepix and licensed through 4Kids Entertainment for North America, and aired for two seasons on The WB, lasting from August 11, 2001 to April 26, 2003, and getting a second run on FOX in 2004, but now it is available for viewing on its website. |

RoboCop is a 1987 action film directed by Paul Verhoeven. The film features Peter Weller, Dan O'Herlihy, Kurtwood Smith, Nancy Allen, Miguel Ferrer and Ronny Cox. Set in a crime-ridden Detroit, Michigan, in the near future, RoboCop centers on a police officer who is brutally murdered and subsequently re-created as a super-human cyborg, otherwise known as a "RoboCop".
