Kristin A. Scott Thomas, OBE (born 24 May 1960) is a highly acclaimed British actress of French citizenship. She gained international recognition in the 1990's for her roles in Four Weddings and a Funeral and The English Patient. She has recently gravitated toward French cinema in work such as Tell No One and I've Loved You So Long, said to be the greatest performance of her life. She has lived in France since she was sixteen and considers herself French. Throughout her career, she has won a BAFTA and been nominated for a Golden Globe, SAG and Academy Award for Best Actress. |
