Nico Minoru (self-referred to as Sister Grimm), is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics award-winning series, Runaways. She was created by author Brian K. Vaughan & artist Adrian Alphona, and debuted in Runaways vol. 1 #1 with most of the other main characters. Like every member of the original Runaways, she is the daughter of evil villains with special abilities; in Nico's case, dark wizards. By the second series, Nico is the de facto leader of her unofficial and nameless superhero team, making her one of the few Japanese-American superhero team leaders. Nico's trademark is her elaborate and ornate Gothic wardrobe, though not actually Goth herself. Nico is a sorceress like her parents and great-grandmother before her and can cast nearly any spell imaginable with the mystical Staff of One she wields. An emotional person, Nico uses her talents to make up for her parents' villainous actions and to prevent anyone from assuming the Pride's place at the top of Los Angeles organized crime. |

Charity Standish is a fictional character on the NBC/DirecTV soap opera Passions, played by Molly Stanton from July 14, 1999 - July 22, 2004, on contract. She was portrayed by Kristina Sisco from November 15, 2006 - February 8, 2007 on recurring status. During 2006–2007, a woman named Carla impersonated Charity. Out of costume, Carla was portayed by Tess Alexandra Parker, while Sisco actually portayed the costumed Carla in most of her appearances as "Charity." Born to Faith Standish and an unknown man, Charity has the power to channel the forces of good. She was not aware of these powers for the first fifteen years of her life, leading a very sheltered life.
