From Wikipedia:

Faheem Rasheed Najm (born September 30, 1985), better known by his stage name T-Pain, is an American hip hop, R&B singer-songwriter and producer known for his auto-tune style. He began his career as a rapper in the group Nappy Headz. In 2005, his debut album Rappa Ternt Sanga was released and spawned the hits "I'm Sprung" and "I'm N Luv". Since the release of that album, T-Pain has produced numerous hits of his own and for other rappers and R&B singers. T-Pain has also had over 10 top ten singles on Billboard Hot 100.

"Lean Like a Cholo" is the first single released by Down AKA Kilo from his album Definition of an Ese. It debuted on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 at #93 in May 2007 and has peaked at #34. "Cholo" is a term used in Mexico and the southwestern United States. In modern Mexico and the U.S., "cholo" is a term implying a gangster, and cholos are often assumed to be gang members. A cholo is stereotypically depicted as wearing baggy chinos (khaki pants) or khaki shorts with white knee-high socks, dark washed jeans as prisoners wear, so-called "wifebeater" undershirts or white sleeveless t-shirts, flannel shirts buttoned all the way to the top or unbuttoned except for the top button, and charlie brown shirts. A stereotypical chola is depicted as having multiple children, and often with penciled in eyebrows. The titles of some parodies of the song play on this usage either by using other Spanish-language terms or by substituting a different ethnicity for "cholo." The lyrics mostly describe a dance done with "elbows up, side to side", a phrase that is repeated throughout the song. The music video takes place mostly within the confines of a nightclub, and much of the footage consists of superimposition shots. The big body guard from Jose Luis Sin Censura makes a guest appearance.
