White people (or simply whites) is a term which is usually used to refer to human beings characterized, at least in part, by the light pigmentation of their skin. It can sometimes refer narrowly to people of European ancestry. A broader racial concept uses "white" as a synonym for Caucasian. People from the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia and northwestern parts of Indian Subcontinent may also be considered "white" under the latter usage. |

The Crips are a primarily, but not exclusively, African-American gang founded in Los Angeles, California in 1969 mainly by 16-year-old Raymond Washington and Stanley Williams . What was once a single gang is now a loosely connected network of individual sets, often engaged in open warfare with one another.
